Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at vespertwine@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NOTE: because of the nature of the block printing method, it is expected that there be areas where ink applies unevenly, giving the item a "distressed" look or filling in small details on some prints. The block printing method also produces chatter (carved areas around and inside the design), that picks up ink and transfers onto the shirt. These look like dashes and dots surrounding the design. These are not considered damages or issues and will not be eligible for an exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Please send an email to vespertwine@gmail.com requesting an exchange. After we accept your request, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return is received, we will create a new order for you with your requested items. This ensures that you do not have to pay any additional shipping fees for your exchange.
If you're exchanging for an item of a lesser value than your original order, you will be refunded the difference. Similarly, if your order is higher than your original order, you will be charged the difference.
NOTE: An exchange will only be accepted once per order. The need for any additional exchanges will have to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
